Fresh, unpasteurized, no preservatives added, apple cider is a Fall
delight that everyone enjoys. We use a traditional rack and cloth press with a
seven bushel pressing capacity. Pressed cider is immediately jugged, labeled, and placed into coolers where it is ready to drink. An observation area is available in the country store where you can watch cider pressing in action. Cider pressing schedules may vary week to week so if this is a must see for the family, please give us a call so we can give you the pressing schedule for that week.
